Shipping to a PO Box or APO, FPO address
Do you offer shipping to a PO Box?
eGlassesStore.com will ship to PO Boxes. To ship to a PO Box, the item must be shipped through the Canada Post Postal Service. All other shipping methods, such as EMS, UPS and FedEx, can not ship to a PO Box. When you are completing an order, eGlassesStore.com will attempt to ship all items using Canada Post Postal Service if your address is a PO Box address. If any items can not be shipped using Canada Post Postal Service, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.
Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We can ship certain items to APO/FPO. Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 7-10 working days. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
If you have alternative physical address for shipping we strongly recommend to use for faster delivery.
Never received order
What can I do if I have not received my order? If you have waited 14 business days for normal delivery and have not received your order, please contact our Online Support.
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take as long as 20 working days to complete delivery.
If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery contact Customer Service so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue.

Orders, on average, will take 1-2 working days to process prior to shipment. Shipment time-frames are estimates and do not include processing days. Shipping times do not include any unforeseen customs delays. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau for information on customs duties and/or limitations. eGlassesStore.com is not responsible for any sales taxes, duties or any other fees applied by the customs service in their country. If a customer inputs their address incorrectly delays in shipment may occur and may create added expenses.
For every order totals over $100, shipping fee is FREE (Countries in the third column excluded).
