At eGlassesStore.com, we do our best to ensure that all the glasses are assembled perfectly and according to the prescription and requirement of our customers. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is as follows:7 Days Cooling-off Period
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have seven days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from eGlassesStore.com, for a full refund (customed lens fee excluded). In this case we will provide you with a full refund but we would ask you to return all the cancelled items at your cost and in the condition they were originally delivered in. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we will not arrange a refund.
90 Days Money-back Guarantee
In 90 days after receipt, if there is any quality problems related to our part, you can return them for a full refund of the frame (no refund of the prescription lens).
For all the returns, please contact service@eGlassesStore.com or our Online Support firstly to obtain an authorization and return address. We'll not process a return without authorization.
Please return the glasses in their original condition.
Faulty Glasses
If the glasses you received is faulty, please contact service@eGlassesStore.com or our Online Support quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and a picture of the faulty items, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty glasses to return them to us.

* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
* We'll not refund the original shipping fee in any case except for you receive your glasses faulty or wrong.
