How do I place an order on eGlassesStore.com?collapse

It's simple and only takes three easy steps:
1, Obtain a Copy of Your Eye Glass Prescription
Be sure that the prescription includes the pupil distance (PD).
2, Choose a Frame
Click on the frame of your choice.
3, Select Lens Type and Enter Your Prescription
Select your lens choices, Enter your prescription. Make sure to double check all of your prescription entries are correct.
4, Add to Cart and Proceed to Checkout
You will be asked to register if you are a new customer or log in to your existing account to complete the payment and shipping information.
5, Complete Your Order
Wait patiently for your new glasses arrive to your door within 4 – 7 days.

How do I obtain my prescription? collapse

    Your ophthalmologist or eye doctor is required by law to provide you with your prescription. Be sure to ask for a clear and legible copy.

How can you charge such low retail price? collapse

    We are not 100% internet retailers.     FYI, during the order process, you will receive JUST TWO emails:
    1,An automated email is sent to you when you place your order.
    2,When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your shipper tracking number.

Can I use my contact lens prescription for ordering glasses with you? collapse

    It depends. A contact lens prescription is entirely different to your spectacle prescription, if in doubt we advise confirming this with your optician or eye doctor before ordering.

What if I entered some information incorrectly? collapse

    Make sure you write down your order number, contact us at Online Support or email us at service@eGlassesStore.com, and make sure we have your correct prescription. We process our orders quickly so it's important to let us know any changes as soon as possible. Any changes to the order must be made within 24 hours.

Do you accept cash and check? collapse

    No, currently, we don't accept cash, check or money order.

What are the available methods of payment? collapse

How long it will take to prepare my glasses? collapse

    If your prescription information was provided completely, you can expect to receive your new glasses within 7 working days. Your glasses go straight from our factory to your house. (...it usually takes much less...). Orders, on average, will take 1-2 working days to process prior to shipment. Shipment time-frames are estimates and do not include processing days. Shipping times do not include any unforeseen customs delays.
